Frisco, TX – February 13, 2026 – Red Creek Solutions, LLC, a tribally owned, SBA-certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), today announced it has been awarded a contract by the Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Environmental Health Services (DEHS) to monitor the Tribal Injury Prevention Cooperative Agreement Program (TIPCAP). The contract has a total potential value of $1,964,060 including all option years.
Under this contract, Red Creek Solutions will provide comprehensive monitoring, technical assistance, and capacity building to up to 30 TIPCAP grantees across 12 IHS regions. This includes facilitating workshops, conducting site visits, hosting webinars and conference calls, developing resource tools, and ensuring program accountability through progress reports and evaluations. The work aligns with TIPCAP’s mission to reduce injury rates in American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities using evidence-based public health approaches, focusing on vulnerable populations such as elders and youth.
Red Creek Solutions brings extensive experience supporting federal grant programs for AI/AN communities. The team’s expertise spans collaborations with over 300 federally recognized Tribal Nations, including technical assistance for the Administration for Native Americans (ANA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Family Assistance, and Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Tribal Grant Programs. Key personnel brings over a decade of leadership in tribal environmental health and injury prevention and are nationally recognized experts in TIPCAP and tribal traffic safety, who have served more than 230 Tribal Nations.
