FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Frisco, TX – May 1, 2025 – Red Creek Solutions (RCS), a certified 8(a), Native American, and woman-owned management consulting firm, today announced it has been awarded a $15 million, four-year contract by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Administration for Native Americans (ANA). Under contract 47QRAA24D00AW, spanning from April 30, 2025, to April 29, 2029, RCS will provide comprehensive onsite staff support services to advance ANA’s mission of promoting self-sufficiency and cultural preservation in Native American communities.

As the prime contractor, RCS will deliver a wide range of administrative, management, and logistical services, including grant portfolio management for over 140 federal projects across all ANA regions, technical assistance to grantees in elder services, health departments, clinics, and community health programs, records and data management, program evaluation, and reporting. The firm will also support peer panel reviews, virtual panel transitions that have achieved 20% cost savings, site visits to more than 75 Tribal and non-Tribal organizations annually, and communications for initiatives like the Native American Affairs Advisory Committee (NAAAC). These efforts ensure 100% on-time project progression, budget adherence, and culturally responsive support for vulnerable populations such as elders and youth, aligning with ANA’s focus on early childhood development, Native languages, and preventing violence in Native communities.

To ensure seamless continuity and minimize disruptions, RCS has partnered with Tribal Tech, LLC, the incumbent contractor and a Native American, woman-owned 8(m) small business that has supported ANA since 2012. This collaboration leverages institutional knowledge, strong relationships with grantees and stakeholders, and proven expertise in HHS grants policies, GrantSolutions, and electronic screening databases.

“We are thrilled and honored to have been selected for this vital contract, which allows us to deepen our commitment to empowering Native American communities,” said Tyler Rush, CEO of Red Creek Solutions. “As a Native American-owned firm with deep roots in Indian Country, including my role as a Board of Trustee for United National Indian Tribal Youth (UNITY), we understand the unique challenges and strengths of these communities. Our team’s expertise in grants administration, technical assistance, and process improvements will help ANA achieve its strategic priorities, from high-performing operations to data-driven decision-making and enhanced outreach.”
