Key Services and Impact

Our team provides end-to-end administrative, management, and logistical support across ANA’s three divisions and the Office of the Commissioner, including:

• Grant portfolio management and monitoring for more than 140 federal projects across all ANA regions
• Technical assistance to grantees in elder services, health departments, clinics, and community health programs
• Records and data management, program evaluation, reporting, and quarterly briefing papers
• Full support for peer panel reviews, including the successful transition to virtual panels that delivered 20% cost savings
• Annual site visits to more than 75 Tribal and non-Tribal organizations
• Communications and outreach for initiatives such as the Native American Affairs Advisory Committee (NAAAC)

These efforts ensure 100% on-time project progression, strict budget adherence, and high-performing operations that directly benefit Indigenous populations, including elders and youth. RCS has a proven expertise in HHS grants policies, GrantSolutions, the Online Data Collection tool, and electronic screening databases while continuing to drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce duplication.
